Instructions to make Stuffed Banana Pepper Dip:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Mix all ingredients together, except for Romano cheese and Bread crumbs. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Top with Romano cheese and bread crumbs.
  4. Bake until cheese becomes bubbly. About 30-40 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with nacho chips or baglette slices.
