Hello everybody, it’s me again, Dan, welcome to my recipe site. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, 2x4 cowboy stew. One of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Place browned beef in stew pot, stir in beans, soups, and tomatoes. Fill bean cans with water and add to desired consistency. I use two cans of water. This is one of my family favorites that I have made for years.

Season with cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. This is delicious and very easy to make! I like making this because it's tasty and it makes plenty of leftovers for later in the week.

  4. Heat through and serve with a little cheese on top and some crackers or bread and you've got supper. It ain't fancy, but its quick, cheap, and hearty…Bone Appatitee….

This is delicious and very easy to make! I like making this because it's tasty and it makes plenty of leftovers for later in the week. And it's even better heated up a day or two later! This is because these nuts are high in magnesium, which helps to raise your production of serotonin. Serotonin is called the “feel good” chemical substance and it tells your brain how you should be feeling at all times. The more of this chemical in your brain, the more pleasant you’ll feel. Not only that but nuts, specifically, are a great source of protein.

If you wish to defeat depression, try consuming some cold water fish. Salmon, herring, tuna fish, mackerel, trout, etc, they’re all high in omega-3 and DHA. These are two things that promote the quality and the function of your brain’s grey matter. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can actually help you overcome depression.

It’s not difficult to overcome your bad mood when you eat grains. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all good for helping you be in a happier state of mind. These foods can help you feel full for longer too, which is a mood improver. Feeling hungry can really make you feel awful! The reason these grains are so wonderful for your mood is that they are not difficult to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.

Green tea is actually great for your mood. You were just anticipating to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea is high in a certain amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid essentially stimulates brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body. You were already aware that green tea could help you become healthier. Now you know that green tea can improve your mood as well!
