- Cut dark chocolate into pieces. In a saucepan add milk and heavy cream. Add custard powder and dark chocolate pieces. Switch on flame and stir continuously. Cook till mixture thickens. Add vanilla essence and mix it. Sauce is ready. Allow it to cool for sometime.
- Keep out prepared tarts from fridger. Fill with chocolate sauce. Garnish with chopped cashew nuts and cherry. Put into fridger for 1 hour. Then enjoy delicious chocolate biscuit tart.
