  12. Get 40 grams plus whatever you'd like to use when it's done. Grated mozzarella cheese
  13. Take 1 Mayonnaise
  14. Prepare 1600 ml #9 sized aluminum cups (if you have them)

Stack a slice of ham on top of a slice of cheese, fold stack in half, and wedge it in between each bread slice so the cheese is against the bread. Repeat with remaining cheese and ham slices. Hubster and I had this bread for dinner, just this bread and nothing else. Because inside the bread you already have things like the cheese, ham and scallions.

Steps to make Cheesy Bread with Ham & Onion:
  1. From the bread flour all the way down to the dry yeast on the ingredients list, combine them all in a bread machine, set it to the dough making setting, and let it do the first rising.
  2. Once the dough is done, transfer the dough to a flour coated working space and punch the dough. Make it into one ball and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Shaping the dough. With a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a 25cm high by 34cm wide shape. (It's okay as long as it's close.)
  4. Cut the dough in half and then take the sliced 1cm strips of ham, thinly sliced onion, and cheese and place it on top. The top 2 cm are going to be the lip, so try to avoid covering that area.
  5. From the bottom to the top, roll the dough up and make sure to close the dough properly. Divide into 8 parts and put them in the aluminum cups. Arrange them on a baking sheet and let the dough rise a second time till they are about 2-5 times bigger.
  6. Once it's done, coat the tops with the beat egg and top with any more cheese that you may desire. Finally top with mayo in a circular motion.
  7. Preheat your oven to 200°C and then bake them for 12-13 minutes.

Hubster and I had this bread for dinner, just this bread and nothing else. Because inside the bread you already have things like the cheese, ham and scallions. We kinda like to eat our savoury breads Italian style, with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This is totally optional of course, you can just eat the bread as it is. Remove with a slotted spoon to a large bowl.

Cold water fish are excellent if you wish to be in a better mood. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are rich in DHA and omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that raise the quality and the function of your brain’s gray matter. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can really help you fight back depression.

It’s easy to drive away your bad mood when you consume grains. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are fantastic at helping you feel happier. They help you feel full too which can truly help to improve your mood. It’s not hard to feel low when you feel famished! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are easy for your body to digest. You digest these grains faster than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Green tea is fantastic for moods. You knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid essentially induces brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while simultaneously making the rest of your body more relaxed. You knew that green tea helps you feel healthier. Now you know that green tea can elevate your mood also!
