- Prepare 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat to incorporate. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add lime juice and beat till combined.
Instructions to make Key lime cheese pie:
- In a ziplock bag with a rolling pin or in a food processor grind the graham crackers and cookies down to crumbs. Add sugar, stir. Add melted butter and stir til all crumbs are coated and put into a pie dish. I use my trusty metal 1 cup measure, sprayed with Pam, to tamp down the crust. I do t like mine baked.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar with a mixer. Mix til smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice and mix til smooth. Pour into prepared crust and refrigerate for 2-3 hours OR put in the freezer for about an hour then put in fridge.
Add egg yolks and beat well. Add lime juice and beat till combined. Pour mixture into pie crust and spread with spatula until evenly distributed. Make crust: In a large bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until totally combined. I always go for the latter.

These grains can help you feel full for longer as well, which is a mood improver. Feeling starved can really make you feel awful! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. You digest these foods more quickly than other things which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.
Your mood can truly be helped by green tea. You knew it had to be included in this article, right? Green tea has been found to be rich in an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has discovered that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while also loosening up the rest of your body.
