- In a separate bowl mix your whipping cream and 40grms sugar till it reaches stiff peak
- Add your chilled dissolved gelatin (mix gelatin in water, then put it over a pot of boiling water and keep mixing till it dissolves)
- Then add your whipped cream mix into your cheese and mix all together.
- Pour your cheese mix on your chilled crushed cookie and smoothing and put it back in the chiller.
- When chilled put more crushed cookies over your cheese and let it chill.
- Frost the top and decorate with chocolate and cookies
