- Place it in a tray to serve and let it set till firm

- Combine the heavy cream (cold) and beat it till its stiff firm.
- Lower the speed and add condensed milk and vanilla extract into the heavy cream.
- Beat it again till the mixture is stiff.
- Add cream cheese and blend it to get the thick texture.
- Pour it on the existing base layer that is made.

- Place sugar in a pan and let it boil till it reaches brown and sugar melts. Make sure it does not burn
