  1. Take 5 tbsp hot water in a cup add instant coffee powder stir well and keep aside,
  2. Now take 1/4 cup hot water add gelatin stir well until it dissolves and keep aside.
  3. Now in a sauce pan take heavy cream heat the pan on low flame get it to boil, add sugar, keep stirring until sugar get dissolved, keep stirring 3-4 minutes more take out from the flame.
  4. To this add instant coffee mixture, gelatin dissolved in the water and vanilla essence, strain this mixture pour in to bowl mould,let it cool slightly, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours, unmould slowly drizzle chocolate syrup on top and serve chilled.
